Trade-Only Sales

SportsWholesale.co.uk operates on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only.

All sales are made to trade customers and are not covered by consumer distance selling regulations.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of business and not as a consumer.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only where authorised by us in writing in advance.

To be eligible for a return, goods must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging, labels, and cartons intact
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless deemed faulty, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or discounted stock
  • Special or bespoke orders
  • Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs, where applicable

We reserve the right to inspect the goods and/or request their return before agreeing to a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us to request return authorisation
  2. Await written approval and return instructions
  3. Return goods securely, clearly referencing your order number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
