    We Confirm Your Order

    Once you have placed your order, we'll confirm and provide your final invoice. UK delivery is priced at checkout — £10, or 2% of the order value for larger orders.

    Payment & Dispatch

    Once your stock has arrived and is ready to ship, we'll be in touch with your final invoice including shipping costs. Goods are dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Who can buy from Sports Wholesale?

Sports Wholesale is a trade-only wholesaler. We supply independent sportswear and footwear retailers, online sellers, and clearance and outlet operators. We do not sell to private consumers. If you are a business buying stock to resell, you qualify.

How do I open a trade account?

Click Create account in the header, add your email and password, and you're in. We just ask that you're a business buying stock to resell.

How does the reservation system work?

When you add a product to your order, you're placing a reservation, not a final purchase. Once confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice by email and dispatch once payment is received. Each product shows an estimated lead time.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 8 units per product line. If the available stock is lower than 8 units, the remaining quantity becomes the MOQ.

Is your stock genuine?

Yes, 100% authentic. All stock is sourced through established trade channels: authorised distributors, brand clearance programmes, and long-standing trade partners in the UK and EU. Every item ships with the appropriate paperwork and provenance.
